I was surprised to read positive reviews but it seems these are the people who stayed in the courtyard - we were not so fortunate. Room in hotel, quite small (think New York) and careworn. Hotel decor looks like an old batchelors house with cheap prints and frames. Staff very helpful but wouldn't let us break the lift curfew to... More

We were lucky to have a detached ground floor room in the courtyard--which is delightful. It was a large room with a corridor to the bathroom and separate toilet and had a safe in the wardrobe. Very comfortable and clean though not yet updated I think. We did not hear any traffic noise from our tucked away position. As well... More

Hotel Le Concorde has more amenities and a better quality of service than I expect from a two-star hotel. The rooms are located on a pleasant courtyard with tables and chairs for guests to use. The bedroom and bathroom were in good condition with amenities such as a safe, toiletries, and flat screen television with one English news channel. The... More

We emailed them of our late arrival and just had to pay upfront for that 1 night. Very pleasant man on Reception when we arrived and he gave us directions on a street map to restaurants & bars. In fact the hotel was located right on the edge of the centre - perfect! . Our room was at the back... More

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The single room lucks of charm. It looks like being decorated by a bachelor with poor taste. The breakfast is a standard one for France and a little bit expensive I would say for what it offers

I have spent with my wife one night in Le Concorde during our trip on french riviera. The room was very big with so comfortable bad:) Bathroom was fresh and clean like a new one. Everything was just perfect. Hotel is close to Aix-en-Provence old town. There is parking place in hotel quite cheap. I recommend this hotel to everybody.... More

I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times in the past two years, each time for 2-3 nights. I like the friendly welcome, the convenience of the location, the amenities and the price. In the heart of Aix-en-Provence, this is a fantastic place to stay at. If you plan a trip, make sure you book early, even if it's... More

Good location, good price and very helpful staff. I stayed in one of the street side rooms and it was not as noisy as I had imagined it would be. The room was quite big. Breakfast was not so good, so I would recommend to have breakfast in one of the cafes in the city. Walking distance from the bus... More

We stayed here two nights and were lucky enough to get one of the newly refurbished and redecorated double ground floor rooms facing the courtyard at the back of the hotel. The receptionist told us it was finished 15 days ago when we commented how new it felt. The room was light and airy, it had a separate toilet and... More

My husband and I loved our stay in Aix, and we can't wait to return. The owner, Claire, was wonderful to us; she helped us book a last-minute trip to Paris via the TGV, and treated us very well during our entire stay. The hotel was warm and cozy, and even though our room was on the street side, it... More
