The hotel was clean and quiet. Slightly out of the city center, but still accessible by walk. Friendly staff. Slightly smaller rooms that what other Novotels propose, but still comfy. Good price for the service. A better room would have been appreciated but still a good overall impression.

Reception and restaurant staff were very good. Air conditioning does not really work--more like air cooling. Breakfast was ok---poor scrambled eggs, undercooked bacon, no wholemeal bread one day, tinned orange juice, but charming staff.! When hotel is very busy, I sensed a shortage of staff although all present worked very hard.
