Easy to walk to restaurants, shops and the old port. Nicely decorated rooms perfect for one or two nights, we always enjoy visiting La Rochelle and this is the perfect place to explore from, co-owner (?) is english so help and advice easily obtained.

La rochelle was a good surprise, very nice city, the hotel is very well located, clean and corfortable, very good breakfeast for 8 euro, staff very nice and helpful!

We arrived late in to La Rochelle for just 1 night before travelling on. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a good location. Perfect for a one night stay and very good value. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, would recommend.

Stayed for 2 nights at the end of September 2011. Hotel difficult to find without Sat Nav. Lots of car parking close by including one just outside hotel. We booked this hotel online. It is barely a 2 star hotel. When we checked out after 1 day, we were charged for 2 nites ...BEWARE.

I highly recomend this hotel! The hotel is tucked away in a quiet square, not far from the old port. There are many excellent restaurants with in walking distance. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The beds are comfy. The batrooms are lovely.The owner is delightfull and speaks perfect english. They also have free wi fi.
