I would recommend this lovely b&b to any of my friends or family. We loved it & can say trust the other positive reviews!

Really enjoyed our one night stay here with 2 young children. Our room had a double bed in one room and a sitting area which had a day bed and a matress for our youngest. Accommodated all of us easily. Loved how clean yet personal the room was - not like a city hotel but more like a french treasure... More

We have just stayed here for 5 nights in the bedroom called 'Suite Marie' on our honeymoon, and it was perfect. The room was extremely comfortable and the decor was fantastic. It's just a few minutes walk from the Old Port area of La Rochelle, so is in a very good location. We were shocked at the reviewer who wrote... More

Vue sur cour is simply perfect. We stayed in the Aglae room which had the most comfortable, clean, crisp bed! The b & b is beautifully decorated and is spotlessly clean. It is located in a side road just off the harbour, perfect if you want to nip back and change your shoes. We woke to the smell of fresh... More

I cannot recommend this B&B enough. It was quite simply perfect. Travelled with my boyfriend, his parents, sister and brother-in-law so took up 3 of the 4 rooms available for 3 nights. Each room is beautifully decorated with divinely comfortable beds. I would especially recommend the Aglae. Breakfast was mostly homemade produce and the owner Marika had lots of great... More

We stayed here for 2 weeks recently and we had an absolutely fabulous time. The accommodation is immaculate, the owners are so helpful, giving us advise on where to go and what to do. We even borrowed their bicycles to cycle around some of the sights. The pool is so relaxing and we got brilliant weather to top it al... More

Beautiful rooms, and fabulous location very close to the port. This, unfortunately, means it can be very noisy at night and early morning. The biggest problem for us was the heat. If you opened the windows, there was the noise (and the danger of being bitten by mosquitos), but there was no air con, or fan, in the room, so... More

I fully agree with the previous review. The house is lovely, with many original details still in place but it also has a contemporary feel - the best of both worlds. It has only four rooms and is so much better than soul-less large hotels. Marika, the owner, is lovely and speaks good English (but, of course, will encourgage you... More

This wonderful little guesthouse is beautifully decorated and well located right in the heart of the vibrant port area of La Rochelle. The rooms are well proportioned and spotlessly clean with great attention to detail. Our bed was really comfortable and the breakfast, served in the courtyard, was very good. Just take a look at their website to get a... More
