We booked two rooms for a night. We checked in with the machine as reception was closed even though it should have been open according to the signs on the door. The rooms smelled so bad one was smoke smell and the other stunk like peanut butter. We didn't get enough towels 2 old tatty towels for 3 people. The... More

Location is handy while travelling to the South, but the room smelt of cigarettes and was dark (light bulbs missing) and dirty. We arrived late and checked in via a machine and left without breakfast so had no contact with a human to assess the service. Drunk People shouting and fighting outside and an uncomfortable hard mattress made it a... More

This is a budget hotel so expectations were not high but even so, the rooms were tired and could do with some decoration. They "lost" our booking for 5 single rooms and wanted us to share. It was only when we all decided to walk out that they suddenly "found" our booking. I'm sure that the rest of the hotel... More

1.the room smelt badly of cigarettes. 2. the internet did not work in the bedroom ( and this is very important to us as our business requires daily access to internet. 3. the decor was very dated and dirty......... skirting board was missing in part of the room. 4. there was a 'tabouret' but the trim/ edging was hanging off... We (me, husband & 8 year old daughter) stopped over here on our way to our skiing holiday. It was as expected - cheap, a little noisy ( very thin walls), and with very basic beds. However, on the plus side, it was located fairly near to the motorway and was easy to find. There is a Quick Burger place... More

Never again would we stay here! Arrived and we were given the key card to our room. We went to our room only to find the bed unmade and full of burger left overs. We were not quite sure if someone was still in this room. We went back to reception and we were allocated another room and told that... More

We only paid 27 Euros so weren't expecting the Dorchester. The hotel looks as if it's been built from an Ikea flatpack but it's OK for a one-night stopover. The room was very clean and the shower room (actually a fibreglass cubicle in the corner of the bedroom) was fine. The breakfast was poor value, even at the low price... More

We booked in advance; travelling with young teenagers we made sure we rang the Premiere Classe central booking to make sure we had rooms next door to each other. When we booked in we were told the rooms were side by side, in fact they weren’t. We went back to reception and had a “computer says no” moment, the receptionist... More

Very good price for a basic hotel. Breakfast much better at this one than other Premier Classe hotels. Room a lot cleaner than others too. Is still a motel though and annoying that we were given a first floor room with a baby even though we requested a ground floor. Perfect location for final drive down to Calais as about... More

We took this hotel on our trip back home from holidays since Laon is so famous place to visit. Price is 42€ what is acceptable for small room and clean bed. The hotel is build from 50 or 60 camping trailers connected together in a building. So, all rooms have access only from outside, all rooms have plastic shower cabin... More
