We like to stay here a little week-end, mainly for the spa. Restaurant and rooms are pretty good, too. Also if you want to organize some secrets meetings with your team to rule the world, the situation of the hotel is perfect.

This is a three-star hotel, so there's no air conditioning. The open window helped cool the room, which was very small. For the price, I expected a larger room. The bathroom was really unusual, because it was split into two parts. The toilet was located as you reach the door, while the shower and sink were located next to one... More

The views from the hotel are fabulous. The rooms however are small, even by European standards. Bathroom is larger than expected though. The WiFi is sub-par which can get frustrating if you are planning on doing any planning on the Internet while you are there. The staff is ver friendly and everything was clean.

We had a tasty diner at our arrival. Next morning a breakfast buffet with all the right ingredients. Made my own fresh orange juice. It's outside of the town with no walking oppertunities so you need to get out by car.

Before writing this review, I checked the booking.com site to confirm the Hotels address. Reviewing the photos, I was beginning to wonder if we had stayed at the same Hotel. But Yes. We definitley did not stay in any of the rooms advertised on the website. Our room was poky, unclean, lacked electrical fittings and the bathroom was very small.... More

What a shame! There are several reasons why I will not stay here again or recommend it. I used to stay here on a regular basis for the wonderful restautant food - the rooms were adequate in those days before the re-furbishment. Now the rooms have been refurbished the beds are lethal. On each stay I have bruised or grazed... More

Housed in wat seems to be a large residence, the hotel offers a nice view over the city of Chateau-Thierry (rooms on front). The rooms are clean and spacious with a well equiped bathroom. Dinner is very tasteful and reasonable priced and the breakfast buffet is more than sufficient.

Disappointment with customer service, cleanliness and hospitality. When we arrived, the personnel was everything but friendly (I wanted to go back home right then!). We had dinner the first night only because the dishes and the glasses were so disgusting that we could not more. Thank goodness we only took one plate which was actually good but it was not... More

We arrived late on a Sunday afternoon and there was a drinks reception happening outside the hotel. This could have explained the rather distracted reception we received. We found our room eventually and were surprised a. at the size of the room b. the provision of a wood and cotton cloth wardrobe. c. the absence of a shower curtain in... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and were very happy. We booked double bedroom but on the arrival receptionist gave us twin room. As we complained, they offered us family suite which was double price, but they did not charge us anything extra, we paid only for double. Family suite was great - 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin,... More
