Lovely boutique hotel in perfect location in old Nantes. Incredibly welcoming and friendly staff. a perfect stay for a 2 night break to see Ed Sheeran in concert! Room 307 as previous reviewers have said is great. Nantes is a lovely little city for a sport break, very tranquil and laid back.

Hotel Pommeraye, 2 Rue Boileau, Nantes. Stayed in this boutique hotel over Christmas. Centrally located, it is nice and peaceful and most places are easily accessible on foot. If you want to do some shopping, this is a great place to stay. There are also plenty of restaurants close by. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and very informative... More

Words to describe this hotel do not exist. It is the most wonderful, perfect, outstanding place I have ever stayed. The building is old and beautiful. The hallways are like no where else. Room 307 has huge French windows that open floor to ceiling allowing the view and city life below to drift in. The medallion on the ceiling appeared... More

I would give the Pommeraye four stars except for the acute difficulty in finding the hotel which is inside the pedestrian (pieton) area. Even with the map from the hotel, which we went on foot to find, (because there are no direction signs), we drove round in circles to avoid crossing the Place in the car. We only found out... More

Nice little hotel right in the city centre. Friendly and Informative staff. Hotel is in a very interesting building, it has a personal touch with some funny abstract art on every level. Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable with clean on suite and fresh towels. You could order alcoholic beverages late evening from the kitchen. Nice breakfast in the mornings.

If you're a looking for a place to stay and like a more personal style hotel, this is the place to be. Modern hotel, with nice art in public areas. Staff is friendly and relaxed. I asked for a quiet room and they gave me a nice room on the 4th floor, overlooking the courtyard. The only noice I heard... More

Obviously, the hotel is in the city centre, where people party. So it is slightly noisy, especially as it was quite warm in the room, so we opened the window. We were in room 308, it was lovely!! Everything was very clean and modern, perfect! Very advisable vor a budget hotel!! Very easy access WiFi as well, the parking night... More

Clean, comfortable and quiet and very chic. Ideal for exploring this delightful city. Recommend it very highly and will definitely be our first choice when we next visit Nantes. Tip: sat nav struggled with the one way system so suggest you download a street plan before arrival!

Not knowing Nantes, we booked this hotel, needing somewhere en route to stay. This was a good find, well priced and easy to find. Breakfast was a little more expensive than most but very good, even attractive to our 2 teenagers! Helpful and friendly staff

This hotel was excellent value - especially booking through booking.com. We paid only 59 euros per double room for really rather smart rooms right in the centre of Nantes. Each room had a balcony with a great view onto the street. The exterior of the building is beautiful - old stone and wrought iron and the interior is modern and... More
