Note: This place is now known as "Séjours & Affaires Nantes Ducs de Bretagne". It's still just across from the convention center, above the Carrefour grocery. “Closest apparthotel to convention center”

This place is "self-catered" (maid service only once a week), closest to the convention center, only 100 m away. It has a fully stocked grocery market on the ground floor in the same building, and a reasonably equipped, if small kitchen in every unit. “very good value for money”

I spent one week here. Very good value for money. Clean and rather big room with internet and shower and a tiny kitchen well equipped. The only minus is that the bed (actually an extended couch) was not very comfortable
