Great location, centrally located. Very helpful and friendly staff. Can be a bit noisy on weekends due to nearby bars. Upper floor rooms best for low noise. Good value. WiFi and lobby internet/computer included at no charge. Breakfast selections very good, nice ambiance in dining area.

Hotel is close to the attractions, restaurants and bars in Nantes. The trip to the conference centre is pretty quick. Didn't have the breakfast, so cannot comment on it. Found there was a bit of noise on the Friday evening, but expected it, as it was a Friday evening!

I have to agree with some of the comments here about the noise level at night. We were on the fifth floor...in a side-street facing room on a Monday and Tuesday night. The partying went on till 3 am. For a two star hotel I thought this was nice. Good sized rooms (by French standards) with modern upgraded bathrooms. A good location, easily walkable to most anything.
