We spent four nights here--the rooms were lovely, the hotel is charming and located directly across from the train station. Everything in town is within walking distance and the tourist bureau has good information. Beautiful old, old city--good shopping, wonderful french breads, wines, regional foods, markets--bring good walking shoes and an umbrella--the weather is more coastal than you would think... More

The Hotel is very conveniently situated near the station but not noisey. All the places of interest in Angers are well within walking distance from the Hotel. All the Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and English speaking. Eating at the Bistro attached to the Hotel was ideal and reasonably priced but limited menu. More
