A modern and quite small hotel on the outskirts of Le Mans and with a reasonably good restaurant so no need to go into town. Staff are friendly and efficient and check in and out is simple. For the money, great value. it is a reasonable distance from the city, but is all that we needed on our way south. No air con and not much of a through draft, but we slept well. The food and drink were good value and meant we didn't need to struggle into Le Mans. Wi Fi worked well.

The hotel is perfectly present, however we were disappointed by room size and distance from city centre compared to pricing. Having driven along way during the day, reception staff had poor knowledge of how to reach the city centre with out the use of a car or taxi.

Used hotel as an overnight stop twice. The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful and there was always one who spoke impeccable English if needed. We did not use the restaurant other than for breakfast which was very good and had been purchased s part of a good value package that also included 24hr wi-fi.
