- Le Mans Novotel

A reasonable hotel for a one night stop over. Reception fine and friendly. Restaurant closed and limited to a small lobby area. Breakfast very expensive and sparse., Never again. This hotel has seen better days.
We broke our journey here on the way to and from Pau. Clean, comfortable rooms were perfectly adequate for an overnight stop, and quiet (the room was air conditioned but we chose instead to sleep with the window wide open, and had no traffic noise). Enjoyed a good meal in the room.

this hotel was clean and convenient with comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. good car parking on site and friendly helpful staff. was perfect for our stop over and good value for money. would stay there again
The hotel is at the high standard one expects from Novotel. The only problem is that it's difficult to find unless you know a key fact. It's very close to the Abbey of L'Epau, which is slgned from all over the city, and well worth a visit too!
Driving through France we chose the Novotel as an overnight stop. We found the rooms clean and cosy, the staff friendly and helpful; and there was a little swimming pool for the kids to splash around in after a long drive. Well pleased and good value.
Two other things worth mentioning:
1. The hotel Restaraunt was really not great food...
