Booked through booking.com and had to cancel within hours due to serious family health issue. Arrogant and insensitive management would not reverse charges despite pleas from me and booking.com via phone and email.

My wife and two friends accompanied me on a 3 night stopover for my 75th birthday. The Hotel is about one hundred metres back from the famous beach. We all took bicycles which remained locked on the back of the cars when not in use. There was a good private car park across the Road. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable... More

We stayed 3 nights at the Lutetia and were pleasantly surprised in all respects. The hotel was perfectly situated being close to both the sea front and the centre of the town. All essential amenities such as restaurants, shopping, tourist information and the beach were within easy walking distance. The Hotel was of a high quality, the staff were extremely... More

I was lucky enough to stay here 1 night back in May. We were staying in the new building, had a lovely great sized room with double bed, sofa, balcony and great sized bathroom. The rooms are of a great size, looks like newly furnished, clean and has everything you would need. Hotel is of a good size, not too... More

a lovely hotel in what is an expensive resort so really very good value. A very short walk from restaurants and the beach. We had the family rooms at the top of the house - 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Lovely helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast and children prices given too. We hired the private spa for an... More

We had a lovely few days in this hotel,it is clean, well run and located not far from the beach. The porprietor speaks perfect English, and was very willing and helpful at all times.IFood and drinks are however very expensive, and we saw very few clients having evening meals, they probably ate out as we did! Rooms are clean ,comfortable and modern.

On arrival, we were shown the 100 euro room that we had booked, which was small and the bathroom even smaller. We were told that there were better rooms not advertised on the internet at 138 euros - the Golf - and we took this. It was at the back of the annexe, but was not quiet. A neighbouring TV... More
