“Rude and incompetant”

Overcharged us for breakfast. Room was small and not worth the money. The owners then charged us double the amount for the room - and couldn't refund us immediately - instead they sent a foreign cheque. When we complained we got an rude message back - telling us that we should have checked our bill properly. Our bill print out... More

Stayed here and enjoyed it but when we got home afterwards we found they had somehow managed to charge our friends in a different room for our stay, even though we booked separately with different cards. The friends rang booking.com who rang the hotel and we came to the agreement we'd just reimburse our friends and leave it at that.... More
