Stayed here for 2 nights on touring trip in northern France. It is situated very close to the cathedral in a busy square with many restaurants and cafes near by. Parking is difficult, but we did manage to park on the square and fed the meter during the day ( Herve, the proprietor helped us with this). Parking is free... More

This hotel is in an excellent location in an attractive square close to the Cathedral, the Grand Horloge and the shops in Rouen. As soon as we arrived we were made extremely welcome and the owner continued to look after us very attentively during our stay, finding us umbrellas to go out in the rain and recommending places to eat... Set in the centre of Rouen. Very dog friendly. Lovely, bright, spacious first floor room, No.1. Big opening windows to the front to sit and view the street. 1 double and 1 single bed, TV, desk, no kettle (but brought our own). Nice, clean bathroom with a clever shower enclosure over the bath. Extra blankets in cupboard space; radiator, phone,... More

Stopped here enroute to Brittany. Very quirky, small, central hotel. Friendly welcome. Rooms and bathrooms basic but very clean. Fantastic location. Be sure to visit the cathedral, it's so close. All in all, we'd definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice little hotel, located on a 3 minute walk from the famous cathedral. It takes you 3 minutes more to get to the 'grand horloge'. The staff was really friendly and the room was small, but comfortable enough for the price we payed €80 for 3 adults). We stayed in a triple room, one of the... More

A pleasant, small hotel near the centre with views of the cathedral from the bathroom window. We chose it because of its age and location. Lots of character with a friendly, helpful proprietor who speaks excellent Endlish. A nice breakfast which you can take outside if the sun is shining. We had dinner along the road at L'Espiguette which was... More

Though not easy to find, the hotel presents a charming place to stay downtown Rouen. The clean room with modern bathroom and french balcony, overlooking the square gave us all we needed. Add to this the very welcoming atmosphere created by our host, the flexibility to find us a privat parking spot in spite of our late booking, the nice... More

This a two star hotel so don't expect too much. It hasn't been decorated for a very long time and it could really do with it. A small example - the number of our room was written on the door in pencil! The room was clean but tiny and the bathroom was even tinier. We were at the back of... More

We were very tired when we arrived. It was really difficult to find the hotel. We had to have someone get in our car and show us where the hotel is located. We stayed in the annex in an apartment building down the street from the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and quiet (even though we overlooked the small... More

Nice big room, clean and welcoming, with tall double door windows onto a quiet street. Very central for shops, with a cafe bar 2 doors along for tea and Affligen. Helpful, friendly owner, even boiled the kettle to fill our flask twice for us. Bed was seriously comfy, excellent shower, french tv channels. Very close to parking, Zara, all shops... More
