We arrived to find a very pleasant hotel which was really well situated for the town centre and in a nice enough neighbourhood. The room was furnished with "one off" pieces found in local flea markets and antique stores which added to the charm of the hotel. I've seen previous reviews where people complain about the lack of service. This is a two star hotel run by a husband and wife (along with a hired maid) and they do a pretty good job. Lovely character hotel. Rooms were clean, and full of charm. Breakfast was good. Man on reception (guess was owner) freindly - used to live in London and speaks good English (much better than my French). Parking was OK, but can see it could be difficult. more
