It is the hotel that you are on a business trip or stay over a night in Rouen. very good location and staff are super friendly. however, I can't guarantee sleeping quality. I wouldn't expect much to be honest, it's one of the cheapest hotel in Rouen with 2 stars. Door is not sound proof, if anyone talking on the... More

The Lonely Planet recommends it and I cannot see why. It is very ugly on the inside and outside, neglected, the room very small with almost no furniture and tiny bathroom. I had to ask dryer at reception. On the first day when we woke up there was no electricity and we had to call twice to resolve the matter.... More

This is not a luxury hotel but it does not pretend to be one. The desk staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is very well located for wandering around the old town and close to the market and restaurants. We had rooms overlooking the back and they were clean and quiet. For the money I cannot understand... More

This hotel is in the heart of downtown, and if you want to be where the action is, this might be for you. For me, an early-to-bed person, and one who wants fresh air with the window open, it was uncomfortably noisy, especially on a weekend. Sirens going, bar patrons talking loud walking to their cars at all hours, and... More

With an announced price of 58 € for a double room , we were a bit afraid about the hotel quality. Very kind and cooperative people at the reception. Large, very clean and modern rooms and bathroom. No noise with the street but we have been able to follow people talking in nearby rooms (fortunatly it started not too early... More

My wife and I arrived at this hotel for a two night stay, previously booked on-line. The welcome from the lady in reception was fine. We were given keys to our room and directed to the 3rd floor. The room bore no resemblance to the photo's in the brochure on the web site! The corridors were dark and the rooms... More

This is a good deal. Right on the edge of all the good stuff, which the staff point out to you, with map and personal recommendations. Quibbles, yes. No extra pillows, so hard to watch tele in comfort. What are the incense burners for? Why is the shower grubby and greasy above a certain height? BUT all in all a... More

A 2 star hotel very near the historic areas of Rouen. Very helpful staff, recommended restaurants and places to go. Basic breakfast, bathroom a little cramped; when you pulled the shower curtain across you blocked the light out, so showered in semi darkness. Convenient for my meeting the following day, not sure I'd go back again.

There are many reasons why I will be returning to this hotel the next time I'm in Rouen. First, the hospitality and warmth of the proprietor is beyond anything I've experienced elsewhere in France. She is such a genuine and friendly person. As soon as I arrived, I was given a map and an orientation to the city. The owner,... More

My wife and I and 2 dogs stayed here for 2 nights in December to see the Christmas market on our way home from the Limousin region. The location of the hotel is excellent right on the edge of the pedestrian area of this beautiful city. The receptionist was very helpful and spoke perfect english. We had pre-booked secure parking... More
