The one way system in Rouen made finding the hotel difficult in a car but if you find the cathedral car park you are almost there. Friendly staff and comfortable room. Hotel needs some refurbishment, but the breakfast was very good.

Welcoming reception staff , easy check in . Room very clean and warm, beds were excellent but no milk available on tea/ coffee making area. Bathroom clean but no plug in the bath so used the shower. Enjoyable stay in a lovely city.

Great location, easy parking, clean place, no elevator to upper floors, walk to all important sites. Only real challenge was drying oneself after showering as there was one towel per person provided and they were the size of hand towels. Made drying a challenge!

The Hotel is very central and easy to find. Staff was very nice and welcoming. They helped us about what to see and where to eat. The room was on the third floor and there was no elevator. The room was very clean, the bed was nice and comfortable the pillows are very good. our room was a little bit... More

The location is great, front desk staff very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean. Bad points. We chose the hotel because it had family connecting rooms, but this is not a very family friendly hotel as the rooms are on a main thoroughfare that appears to be a local drag racing street. We stayed over the weekend a few weeks... More

We stayed in the adjoining rooms with a corridor between the two, this was not ideal as the light in the corridor would not turn off and we had to use chairs to hold the doors open. The rooms were very small and basic although clean on arrival. We stayed on a particularly warm night and this wasn't helped by... More

Good to have interconnecting room with children but breakfast expensive, esp for children. Room small, noisy and hot. Wifi didn't work 2nd day there. Thin plastic cups for tea - dangerous so didn't try

Tired and scruffy hotel. Breakfast expensive and not worth the money. No private parking but plenty of parking on the streets near the hotel. Staff very friendly. Central location near all the attractions and restaurants.

Stayed here for one night with the kids on the way through from the Eurotunnel to Bordeaux. Welcome was very friendly and informative. We were given adjoining rooms so the kids were safe in their own room. Hotel was great, clean and in a great place to visit all the sites and so close to the cathedral. Would stop here... More

I stayed here for the Joan of Arc festival and the hotel was perfectly situated. Clean with a reasonably priced breakfast, helpful staff (they gave me a map and looked up festival details on the internet for me) and a comfortable room with a stunning view of the cathedral completed my experience. It was a two minute walk from the... More
