Basic but very clean, staff were fantastically helpful. We just needed a sleepover on our long drive Bordeaux to Cheshire. Struggled to find it but if you drive into the shopping centre there are orange bays (13 I think?) in the multi-storey which has a lift which goes directly into the hotel reception. Perfectly easy once you know how!!

Cheap and basic hotel in need of refurbishment. No air conditioning and fusty smelling room meant I had to have window open. To make a long story short, the Hotel Rouen St. Sever was very difficult to find based on their website information, but once found proved to be a reasonable choice. The hotel is a nice 15 min. stroll from the center of Rouen and is attached to a shopping mall. The rooms are clean but quite small, even by French standards. Also, when the bar is closed it will not open! A group of 10 or so wanted a drink after 10 pm and the desk clerk would NOT open... More

This hotel was ok for a short stay. Most importantly the rooms and bathroom were clean and the staff was friendly. The rooms however was very tiny. There is nothing terrible to report but also nothing extraordinary. This hotel was just ok.

only trouble here if you have a high sided vehicle and no blue badge is parking. There is a public carpark which is underground but 1.8 m ours is 2.4. I found the Hotel Saint Sever extremely comfortable and reasonably priced. Other reviewers have complained about the size of the rooms, but for a solo traveler, it was very cozy. The rooms are okay for one night or two. Very friedly and helpful stuff. Parking in the Center with direct access to the Hotel for only 4,5 Euro a night. To the cathedral you walk about 15 Minutes. Breakfast is typical french but also for a short stay okay.
