We arrived rather late and our reservation was not in the computer. Instead of the adjacent rooms we requested, we were offered one on the ground floor and one on the fourth floor. Not ideal for a family with one tube of toothpaste! The ground floor room turned out to be a handicap access room. Traveling with young children (5... More

Had a good night at this hotel on recent return from Vendee on the way to Calais for ferry home. Staff were very nice and friendly. Although the hotel does not have its own restaurant we were given directions to eating establishments within a 5 minutes walk where we could get an evening meal. The hotel did breakfast and this... This hotel is now part of the Brithotel group http://www.brithotel.com/ (nothing to do with Britain - the chain started in Brittany). I chose it because it seemed good value for a couple of nights and was pleasantly surprised by the clean, modern reception area. We were quickly checked in and the friendly receptionist gave us a map, showing where the... More

We had an enjoyable stay here and found very friendly staff on the two occasions we stayed .The hotel was clean. the beds comfortable and the bathroom was tiny but everything was there so no need to grumble other that the fact that the shower cubicle is very small and claustrophobic. No air conditioning made for a very hot night... More

We stayed at this hotel en route back to catch our Calais ferry, and enjoyed a night exploring the old city of Rouen which was only a 15 mins walk from this hotel. The young man on reception when we arrived wasn't too interested in us and unfortunately our e-booking made one week earlier) hadn't reached them - good job... More

Quiet location. Small room. Reception area good and staff great. Free parking. Large window opens for fresh air, NO air conditioning. Clean but needs a lot of TLC as it is scuffed and worn. Flat screen tv. 1 extra blanket. Carpet stained. Good breakfast w ham, croissants, cheese, jam, toast, and coffee. Bathroom ceiling paint falling off and grout needs... More

We stayed here one night just as a place to rest en route south. The hotel is relatively cheap so we were pleasantly surprised to walk into a bright and clean reception area. Hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. Our hotel room was very small but fine for our purposes. We were only given 2 small towels and 2 pillows.... More

In the weekend this hotel is really cheap (about the price of F1), yet almost complete:. Nice bed, good private bathroom (which is not private in F1), great breakfast, wifi, even inside the room. And above all, not in the busy city centre, but only 10 minutes walsk to the historical centre of Rouen

A stop for the extended family en route back to Calais from a holiday in the south of France. Chosen as a result of Trip Advisor and not disappointed. No family rooms available so it was a double and two twins, but all rooms were comfortable, staff were helpful (some speak good English) and a good breakfast. Beware of late... More

The hotel is easy to find, just off the autoroute / route nationale north of the Seine. Reception and check in were quick, efficient and pleasant. Car parking appears a little limited but there may be other places to park nearby. Our room was basic and clean with fairly comfortable beds, perhaps a little too soft for my liking. The... More
