like: good location, only 5 min to get to rue du Gros Horloge, nice stuff, basic but good breakfast, new furniture. did not like: wi-fi signal was very weak, a little noisy, i did not hear anything from outside, my window was closed but i was able to hear everybody at stairs and my neighbors, a layer of dust on... Good for an overnight stay. Basic.needs updating. Ideal to get into town and wi fi available for teenagers. Did not have the breakfast. Adequate room sizes. Tea and coffee facilities would be useful please.

The rooms were clean and the location was great parking worth using, On a main road so noisy but you are in a busy town. we only stayed one night and loved Roven. Its not a plush place but the price is very good.

A very small room with no ventilation in the bathroom and no air conditioning. Put together with an appallingly low standard of housekeeping and the result was a very uncomfortable stay. The situation is very good, the parking secure and the reception staff very helpful. Didn't risk breakfast after seeing the standards of cleanliness in the room. Where I parked... More

This hotel is very basic. Its ‘clean enough’, in that the towels and bedding are clean, the carpet is stained, the decor horrid, and the hotel in general in a poor state. It was chosen as an overnight stop off, so was sufficient for our needs this once. In the room there’s a hair dryer, a small TV, a small... More

I have nothing good to say about this hotel except the receptionist was nice. When we arrived in the room we were greeted by the worst smell it was horrific, the bins hadn't been emptied since the last people and I also noticed (luckily as I have a toddler) 3 pieces of broken glass on the stained carpet! As it... More

Maybe not the best hotel in Rouen, but for the price it was good value for a four night visit. The room was not very big, with twin beds, and a reasonable bathroom with bath.shower. There were one or two shortcomings - the shower fitting was loose; the coat hanger rail in the wardrobe fell off; but overall it was... More

Absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed. For extreme budget travel yes it hits the mark, but do not expect any comfort what-so-ever. No air conditioning, no fan(s), bed hard as rocks, elevator is a lift for 2 people with a bag each, No minibar to even store a cold drink, no ice available, NOISY beyond belief due to... More

We stayed for one night on our way back to Calais. The hotel is very budget, but had a family room for five ~ which for us is a bonus. The room wasn't designed for five, so is a little cramped. The decor is interesting to say the least and the bathroom, although adequate needs updated with cracked tiles, chipped... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was adequate. Our room was clean, very small, and the 5 euro breakfast was good. The hotel is located about a 10 minute walk from the main street and is right along the Seine. If you need to stay in Rouen, this will do the job...you just probably won't be "wow"ed. Staff... More
