Stayed only 1 night. Difficult to find if you have a hirecar. Having said that room was comfortable and clean. Staff helpful, location great. Only issue was had a room that overlooked the street, nice view but being saturday night street noise very prominient till early hours of am. Didn't do breakfast so cant comment. Ambience of the hotel great.

This boutique hotel is in the ideal spot to explore Rouen on foot. Right next to the cathedral, easy walking distance of the market, Jean D'Arc memorial and many, many restaurants and bars. Staff were friendly and endured my amateurish attempts at French without laughing.. all spoke English anyway. The only drawback was no parking.. we had to park our... More

We only expected to stay an afternoon, needing to leave early the next day. We drove into Rouen, in the rain, and immediately realized we could not pull up the the front door because the hotel is on a pedestrian only street. Later we learned there is a way to get there, a "back way," that allows you to drive... More

My fiance and I stayed in this darling hotel for one night in late July. We only planned a brief visit to Rouen before exploring the coast of Normandy and this hotel was perfect. The location was steps away from two magnificent cathedrals and a 5 minute walk to some delicious trendy restaurants. The quiet and cozy rooms surrounded a... More

as another trip advisor has said, this is shabby chic - and none the worse for that. we had a large room overlooking the front lane, very quiet at night but we did hear some traffic in the morning. rooms overlooking the inner courtyard are quieter. charming staff, excellent breakfast and the location is second to none. although, if you're... This 3 star charmer sits next to Rouen's famous cathedral and is a very traditional French hotel with all the quirks and pleasures that entails. The rooms are larger than average (from the 3 we saw) but as each one is different, depending on the vagaries of the building some may be better than others. There is a lovely central... More

Very French, with a delicious breakfast right in the city center. Rooms are grouped around a small courtyard garden which makes them very quiet at night. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Afternoon tea in the garden is delightful. A little bit "shabby chic" but we will definitely be back again

Just a lovely little hotel this with a quaint central courtyard and a stunning dining room serving a fantastic French breakfast. Rooms were clean and large and well equipped. The location is perfect and if you get chance go and see the lights display at the Cathedral at 10 pm. It is truly awesome.

The hotel is in a great location - a couple of minutes' walk from the Rouen cathedral. There's not a lot else going for it, I'm afraid. The room is small and quite tired; the service, a bit lackluster; and breakfast is good and solid, but, at 20 Euros per person, you would expect a lot better.

We stayed at the hotel 3 night. The location is the best. Just near the cathedral, 5 min walk from the river in the middle of the old city. Rooms are not big; needs redecoeation. Bath also could use a facelift. The coredors needs more light. We didnt try the beakfast so I cant comment about it. No parking for... More
