We stayed a total of 4 nights, 3 in a suite snd 1 night in a prestige room. Both rooms were spacious, clean and with the little additions of toiletries, robes and a good coffee machine. The breakfast is extensive and worth the price. The staff were all wonderful and so helpful. The hotel is in the best location for... More

While on business our first choice had no room. We chose to stay at Mercure Rouen Centre allowing us the opportunity to find some place to have supper late at night walking distance. Well located within the centre of Rouen, as a tourist, you have the opportunity to walk or use public transport to see the town. A beautiful town... More

Posh, clean and streamlined, but no heart - and no soul. I hate it when I get the feeling that as a guest, I am only a necessary evil in order for the hotel to make money. It started when I booked the room and the guy who made the reservation sounded like a tape recorder, speaking fast and technical... More

We stayed in this hotel for a second time when travelling down to Spain for Christmas 2013. Hotel has a great location in centre of Rouen and there was lots going on in the town when we stayed. Parking is easy, although quite tight, but we have a large estate car with a roof-box and still managed to park easily... More

Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Nice to have a kettle in the bedroom, often not the case in France. Good breakfast which was included in our offer, otherwise you would have to eat an awful lot for it to be worth 17€... We slept badly both nights during our stay, as our room looked out onto the rue Croix... More

I had to move to this hotel from another fantastic hotel in Rouen and perhaps that was why I felt a bit let down. I stayed in the older part of the hotel, the room was very large, but felt slightly dated & sad. There was renovation/construction happening next door and this woke me up very early one morning. The... More

A very smart, modern, clean and tastefully decorated hotel, but, oh! What a difficult place to find! Rouen is a mass of one way streets, bus lanes and pedestrian zones. You need a very good map to get there - don't rely on your GPS. Once there, however, you are right in the shadow of the cathedral and ideally located... More

excellent location. very confortable room; nice bed and breakfast (not included in rate). There was a problem to find the hotel, because it's impossible to find by GPS. We have to stop the car and find the hotel walking. We also have to pay to park the car inside the hotel (not included in rate), remembering it's impossible to park... More

This hotel might be hard to find by car - we were walked to the hotel by our tour guide. It is quite close to the big Cathedrale, and located near all the shops and restaurants. Rooms were good sized, bathrooms were also. Lots of hot water - very clean and quiet. I did not have a great view out... More
