I red about how difficult it is to park, well, its true. If you want to damage your rental car, go ahead. Stuff are helping and very nice, The room we got was large but bathroom was not clean and the hotel's furniture are very old. In my opinion it's just 3 stars. Location is great but it's not everything.

Took us while to find the hotel due to one way system, but was pleased to find it had a car park (extra payment needed). We had the family suite overlooking the cathedral. The nespresso machine was highly appreciated. Breakfast was good. Went running in the mornings close to the rivers. Beautiful run!

Very good hotel, lovely rooms, clean and good quality bed sheets and linen. Professional reception, good breakfast buffet, location couldn't be better. Not cheap but not expensive and worth it for the quality of the experience.

Clean basic rooms. Short walk to local attractions & restaurants. Maybe at 129€per night plus 17.50€ for breakfast (which I declined) not particularly good value. Was about 20 minutes walk to my conference in the Faculty of Law on Rue Louis Pasteur.

It's in the best possible location, just behind the Rouen cathedral. A 10 minute walk away from the Rouen RIVE DROIT station as well as the bus station that connects to various beautiful towns and villages around Rouen. Rooms were very good, clean without odour, pretty well decorated, more than enough for a very good and comfortable stay. Lots of... More

Stayed last year with 20 other blokes on a golf trip. It's very central so excellent if you want to walk around the beautiful town. It's also basic - particularly the food - buffet style. But ok if you plan to use it as a base for touring.

Had a visit to Rouen in March, booked in and due to delays following roadworks on motorway arrived very late. Booked into Rouen Mercure Hotel and given a horrible dirty room. Freezing cold and stank of cigarettes. Got about two hours sleep and relieved to be leaving the Rouen Mercure Hotel. Left early in the morning to enjoy the sites... More

We had a privilege room on top floor with lovely views of cathedral, St Ouen and the other big church. Hotel is on a quiet (traffic free) street just around the corner from the cathedral. Room was spacious, quiet, clean and had tea, coffee facilities. Free Wi-Fi. Breakfast is pricey but well worth it. Hotel is a 15-20 minute walk... More

Lovely little hotel, yes, in a side street, but once you are there - problem solved. Central location - walked to Hotel d'Ville, the Art Gallery, the Ceramic Museum, and that beautiful water park in front of the Gallery. Took the other direction to the Cathedral, the little white tourist train, then down to the river and thence to the... More
