This was a very comfortable, modern hotel with great rooms and a spectacular staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is near the river Seine, which means it is on the opposite side of town from the train station. It is about 10-15 minutes walk to the Vieux Marche, or Old Market, but that can be very pleasant...

A good hotel well located on the edge of Rouen city center.
We stayed two nights on our first day in France. An easy walk to all attractions.
Hotel restaurant is excellent as is the buffet breakfast. Rooms are good size and quite modern.
The entrance is unforgiving. It is off a busy multi lane divided road and if you...

We stayed there for one night on our way through to Brittany. The hotel location is good (15 min walking from the city center). The room is brand new, confortable and spacious. Friendly staff. Nice buffet breakfast.
Faultless - friendly, all facilities available (at least what I needed!!) and a central location. Decent sized rooms and a fair price all considering.
We had a wonderful 2 days in Rouen exploring the old city centre. We were upgraded to a Privelege room which was very comfortable. The restaurant at this hotel is really superb. It is a littletricky entering the hotel from the main road.
Many Thancks for your comments
We are very happy that your stay was good

Room is big and seemed newly decorated. The view over the park and all the way up to the hills was very good. Parking is below ground and spacious and secure. Location is great within walking distance to centre ville.
It was fine, it was clean. It needs a really good face lift as it's very old fashioned. I was here working in Rouen and as a simple base to return to at night it was fine. I wouldn't book a holiday and stay here.
There is free wifi but it's TERRIBLE, most email's bounced and webpages wouldn't load, to...
