We ended up in the Toulouse-Latrec room at the very top of the rickety wooden stairs (firetrap!), which was small, cute and functional. Made adequate accomodations for an adequate price, but neither Rouen nor the hotel impressed me much.

The bulding seems to be historical, narrow and beautiful staircases inside. Everything was clean, cosy, decorated with love and care, wifi worked well. Very warm and pleasant blanket.
