Returned today after 3 night stay. Takes about 2 1/2 - 3 hours driving from Calais. Read the reviews prior to going...very basic hotel, stays it is 3 star more like a 2.. We had a great weekend in Honfleur which is a really lovely place to visit. Our third time. There are lots of lovely restaurants and cafes. Lots of car parks. Good, standard hotel. Large, clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Usual French buffet breakfast with fresh bread and croissants. Free overnight parking directly in front of the hotel. Close to restaurants, bars and the harbour. A good price (€50), would return more

The rooms (we booked two) were clean and adequate, but the lack of air conditioning meant that we had to keep the window open (not too hot though), with the result that the steady stream of motorbikes, with their high revving engines, throughout the night and into the wee hours of the morning, kep me from getting any real sleep.... more

Good hotel in a great location, just a few hundred metres from the picturesque port. People at reception were friendly and helpful. The bedroom was a good size with a nice view of the town. It could have done with a bit of decorating and a few pictures on the wall but it was clean. Bathroom a decent size too.... more
