This is the second time I have stayed at this B&B, and again was not disappointed. The room was clean and very comfortable with a lovely view of the garden. I had a separate bathroom which was lovely and a toweling dressing gown which was a lovely touch. Ali is a gem very kind and thoughtful with always a smile,... More

We have been at the Corner House already several times. We discovered this B&B just by accident a couple of years ago, but since then fell in love with it. It is a great place to unwind from the buzz of a big city and it is a great location for visits of sites in the area: We went from... More

Perfectly located to be able to walk into Rye and explore. Breakfast was very well cooked lots of choice, room comfortable unfortunately we had the room with a separate bathroom and toilet. All in all a good find.

Had a good stay here, although location to Rye and coast not quite the best, partly our 'wrong' choice What they do not tell you , is that the B&B is actually on a rather busy road and that traffic is quite load. Avoid front room if you can The welcome was good, as expected. Unforunately, one couldn't close the... More

The breakfast was good and plenty of it. The room came with a separate private bathroom across the landing which was a bit disappointing and the decor was a bit too 'flowery' for me, but the hospitality was second to none. Be warned though, that if you want to walk to/from Rye at night the pathways are pitch black as... More

Excellent B & B near Rye. Nice rooms, and the most silent plumbing ever known to mankind. It is bed & breakfast, no evening meals, (when we stayed), but that's not a problem as there is a great pub with great food just over the road, so you can walk back over the drink walking limit....!!! Nice place to stay... More

Our second visit to this B&B was as pleasant as the first one, some three years ago. Our room with private bathroom as well as the en-suite room our sons stayed in, were very clean and cosy, both with a view on the beautiful garden. We'd stayed in the front room before, but the traffic on the A268 didn't really... More

While the decor might not be to our taste, we cannot fault ths place in any way at all. The owner (and local friend who helps out) could not have been more friendly and helpful, you get a hearty (fry up)breakfast to start the day which sets you up perfectly for a days adventure as well as a great selection... We have stayed at the Corner house for many times over the years. Yvonne, the host, is absolutely wonderful and generous. She is an amazing cook, in fact I have never tasted a better English breakfast. Her breakfast is low fat and started with a healthy and fresh fruit salad and selection of cereals. Just delicious, just perfectly cooked. Nothing... More

I, my husband and friends stayed at The Corner House for the week-end, using it as a base to explore the local area and to go walking. We were greeted by the very friendly and informative landlady, Yvonne, who showed us to our two very pretty, spacious en-suite rooms. The bed linen was fresh and crisp and the whole property... More
