Location is really good. Some of the staff is good who really try to help us even if they speak really little English, and some of them never try to help us at all. The breakfast lady was really unpleasant. First we got a room inside the garden so the view was a big wall. But the room smells weird... More

Right on the beach which Monet made famous with his painting, this is a delightful hotel which reminded me of my schoolgirls first readers stories of the seaside. The rooms are decorated in crisp, blue and white with clean, if compact, bathrooms and delightful bird calls to be heard from the windows. The lobbies and public rooms have a wonderful... More

Firstly, the positive aspects: The hotel location is superb, the view, magnificent. The reception staff are helpful and friendly. Secondly, the NEGATIVE: The hotel and apartments are 'unloved.' From the HUGE holes in the curtains to the HUGE stains on the carpet, the room exuded an air of complete neglect. It was a depressing experience.

Hotel well situated, in need of funding (wall in my room had a crack, slight mould in bathroom). Otherwise clean and excellent situation, staff were excellent, couldn't have been more helpfull. Pool was outside the building so slightly chilly to access when I was there. Breakfast was dissapointing, industrial pain au chocolats, none too fresh. Clean but soulless would sum... More

We stayed in this hotel at the start of our Insight Tour of Normandy, Brittany & Loire Valley. This is NOT 3 star accommodation, it barely rates as 2 stars. The room had been cleaned, but not to a high standard. The pillows were old, smelly and in urgent need of replacing and the carpet was dirty & stained. Breakfast... More

We spent one night here. It's not a bad hotel and well located in Trouville, but a little expensive (about £80 night). If you're driving I strongly advise you to phone the hotel and book a space in the hotel's private car park. It costs about 6 Euros a night and will save a lot of hassle.

This was actually not the hotel I had booked for my trip to Normandy, but as the hotel I was going to stay in burned down just weeks before the trip, the travel agent booked rooms at this hotel instead. Having read the reviews on Trip Advisor, I didn't expect much from the stay, but I was pleasantly surprised. The... More

We live in Paris, and we were looking for a cool place to stay for week end near the ocean. We found this hotel, and also some bad surprises. First, the staff did not tell us how difficult it could be to find a place to park your car.. Though, there was many many people, it took 2 hours to... More

Being our first stay in France on our tour our accommodations start at this lower end hotel and can only improve. Staff are friendly and helpful, located in the lobby containing the pool table and bar. Rooms are basic and some in need of repair. Barely rates the 3 star rating we were told to expect. However if the price... More
