July 2012 My dad was moving me out west and took a road trip along the way. Saw this little place off the highway and turned around to stay the night. It's a very old family run motel and needs lots of work, but reasonable for the price. The food here is amazing. Even if you're only driving by highway 1, stop by for a meal or a homemade pie - to die for!

We had to move from the horrible hotel in Carberry to this great little motel. We are an oilfield crew(Davco Welding, Wainwright. Ab) and need instant accomadations. The owners are fantastic. great food and even got up to make our lunches. If anyone stays here it is a jewel in Manitoba. A special thanks to the motel and owners

We stayed at this place in Aug. 2011 for one night. The owner is very kind. He went out of his way to make our stay good.

My wife always checks under the mattresses, etc etc, even in the nicest hotels, and was maybe a little more scrutinizing here, but was satisfied that there were no bugs. The beds were comfy (as...
