I was really worried about our tour (200+ people) using this hotel after reading the other Trip Advisor reviews. Perhaps the lowered expectations contributed to my experience. Anyway, there was hot water (and cold bottled still and sparkling water) on the breakfast buffet. There were plenty of choices of food including yogurt, cheese, pastries, minimal fruit. The biggest negative was... More

Not much to say about this hotel except that it is as I say in the title. It is in a dismal part of town, staff are unhelpful, the ridiculous excuse for an indoor pool is a puddle surrounded by a restaurant with no changing area or sitting area. There is no literature in the bedroom telling you about anything,... More

This is worst hotel I have stayed in for a long time. I chose the hotel despite its unfavourable Tripadvisor reviews due to its proximity to the Pole du Cheval, where we were competing. I knew I had made a mistake as soon as I arrived at the main reception and was brusquely directed to the "other building" at the... More

I travel quite often and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. You will never be able to see the hotel manager when you have a complaint. The floor of the toilet is very slippery. As a result, I fell down the floor and had a serious injury. They said it is the fault of myself and... More

Nice room – large with a comfortable bed; good hot water. Good restaurant. Small balcony but pleasant. As is usual in France, you pay for the room and 2 can stay with no extra charge. There is an unusual glass sliding door between the bedroom and the bath room/hall which looked to be a real hazard, especially at night, as... More

Even in low season, our room was over-priced, the bathroom was rudimentary with a leaking shower and a slippery bath. The breakfast (buffet) was quite expensive (17 euros), but fresh, with a good choice of French pastry, although the menu was always the same, no variety at all. The staff at the desk (I had the chance to observe them... More

Large hotel with conference centre in pleasant grounds straddling the river just outside Deauville. The town centre and coast is a fair walk. Room was a decent size but with some oddities - no proper chair making it difficult to work, inadequate wifi, and an overbath shower attachment.

A hotel located on an industrial estate miles from anywhere apart from a Mcdonalds. It has all the character of a vacuumless convention centre without the people, the food and drinks are overpriced and staff are rude and unhelpful. One of the staff I spoke to said it was always quite even in the busiest times of the year, now... More

This is a very pleasant, well appointed hotel on the outskirts of Deauville. There is plenty of - free - parking space, , two shopping malls close by. The staff is very helpful (they helped me find a hardresser on a Monday morning, no mean feat) the breakfast room is sunny and airy, there is free internet in the lobby... More
