The hotel is not in the city center but it takes you only 5 minutes to get there by car. The location is good and you can park right in front of it. The owner is kind and helpful. She will give you all the information you need and do not doubt to ask about restaurants, she knows them. The... More

Arriving late afternoon by ferry, we wanted to avoid having to drive until the next day so we booked the Chimene. We had worried about parking, and when we arrived there was a special market closing the road it was on so we took back streets and discovered plenty of free and unrestricted parking on quiet streets - don't bother... My byfrnd and I stayed here 2 nites. It takes 10-15 mins walk to city center but there were tons of restaurants and shops around hotel but they were closed early as well. Receptionist couldn't speak English even a word and made mistake bout our payment over and over again. We had to contact booking.com in the states by ourselves... More
