My wife and i stayed here 18th July for the Normandy beach's tour with Leger. It was more than adequate when you are out for 11 hours on both days of your beach tours. The rooms were basic but nice and clean, when going to Pegasus bridge buy a couple of D Day mugs but take some coffee satchets from... More

Stayed here during a Leger battlefield tour. Had booked as a single traveller, but got a twin room (room 5) so I had a bit of room and I was also on the ground floor. Room was at the side of the hotel and was very quiet. No drawers but plenty of hangers. No table as such but large shelf... More

Stay here last weekend came over on a battlefield tour and loved it . Must admit we did check out tripadvisor before we set out on our jollies and did know to take a mug with a few extra teabags so no problems there . The Hotel was spotless the bedrooms did everything you needed them to do as soon... More

Although in the centre of a business park, this is a great hotel to stop at the night before a ferry crossing. Just 20 mins from ouisterham, you can have a lie in. Staff are fantastic and food is good. It is also next door to one of the ubiquitous Buffalo Grills so eating is not a problem. Doesn't seem... More

We had a 1 night stop over in the Carline. We wanted a family room as we had 3 children with us, the Carline has family rooms a little like an apartment. You open the outer door and find yourself in a private corridor with 2 more doors leading to your two ensuite bedrooms. The rooms were a reasonable size... More

Stayed here for a Normandy (Leger) battlefield tour in June of this year. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city near the hospital which dominants the skyline and this allows for an easy reference point if you choose to wander, although there is little in terms of restaurants or shops in close vicinity. The nearby tram service... More

Reception area clean and bright, and booking in quick and efficient, with portering offered. Rooms very dated, but clean enough. Down side was the bed. Only 6ft long, and 3 pillows provided, talking to other guests it appears the norm, (why)??,although a 4th supplied quickly. Restaurant very clean and bright, and the food good. Went on a Legers Battlefield Tour,... More

Stayed here with my dad for a Leger tour of the Normandy landings beaches. Our room was a pokey twin with very dated decor desperately in need of renovation. But it was clean and the beds comfy enough. The food though was fantastic. Breakfast was a fairly hefty continental buffet affair. We opted for the inclusive evening meals offered as... More

I was here last weekend as part of the D-Day landings tour with Leger Holidays,i travelled alone so therefore i was put in what looked suspiciously like a store cupboard with a bed in it,the bed itself was clean so thats all that matters, but the room was so small that when i put the key in the lock it tapped... Stayed at this hotel for the Normandy D Day landing tour with Leger Holidays. The tour itself was great, very informative and well organised. Although the transfers to and from UK were very long. The hotel was situated close to the beaches to be visited as part of the tour. The hotel was very basic, not clean, the rooms were... More
