Stayed at this hotel for the Normandy D Day landing tour with Leger Holidays. The tour itself was great, very informative and well organised. Although the transfers to and from UK were very long. The hotel was situated close to the beaches to be visited as part of the tour. The hotel was very basic, not clean, the rooms were... More

My father and I shared a twin room here last week, while on a Battlefield Tour of the D - Day Landings , organized by Leger Holidays. The food was excellent, with a different choice of 3 meals each night as part of the pre bought meal deal. The food was fresh, abundant and gorgeous !. The only negative though... More

Stayed here for a few nights on a recce of D-Day. Starting to look a little tired with significant stains in carpets. However, standard of food us excellent and rooms are clean and well kept. Staff very helpful and we were well looked after. I would stay again.

Stayed here on leger tour for 3 nights. The tour is the main focus and long days so the accommodation is supplementary. I would not stay here on a romantic break. Small informal lobby with bar and reception. Lift and stairs to 3 floors. Corridor on 3rd floor in serious need of decor. Dark, gloomy and carpet disgusting. Room 309... More

We stayed here from Sept. 9-13 while doing our Leger D-Day Landings. Tour was great, other than the Bus Drive home. Our Feeder Bus had a drop off @ London VIctoria Bus Station, and it took 3 hours to get through London, during a Friday Rainy evening Rush Hour. 13.5 hour travel day :-( Enough of that, as this is... The hotel room itself was fine and the battlefield tour put on by Leger was fantastic. However I was moved to write a review because of the restaurant at the hotel. There are not a lot of places to eat in the area, (only one, actually) unless you want to catch the tram into Caen itself. With the late finishing... More

We stayed here overnight whilst travelling down France to break up the journey. The hotel was cheap and cheerful! Breakfast was great value and plenty of it. We had a family room which was clean, comfy and very spacious. The only problem was that there wasnt a cot, which we thought we has booked.. And an 18 month old and... More
