Courtepaille restaurant attached. This was expensive and terrible. Would never eat there again. Hotel is a typical Ibis. Nice staff etc Happy with hotel.

A repeat visit from a stop-over made in June 2011. This Ibis hotel is excellently located and easy to find off the southern section of the Caen Peripherique. Good standards of service, cleanliness and food had been maintained. Secured parking is also provided.
Although a very good complimentary Wifi service is available, usage is restricted, If catching up with English...

I stayed on 22nd Dec 2011 for 1 night en route to Prague from Cherbourg. The hotel is excellently located next to the Caen ring road. The facilities from ample car parking to comfortable rooms are excellent. The staff are friendly and the breakfast buffet offers an excellent selection for a reasonable €8.60 per person. Though I didn't use it,...

Not too much to say really about the hotel it is clean and very cheap to stay for one night we paid around £35-£40 for the night.
Great if you are looking for a stop over, the food in the restaurant was good.
The only thing I would say bad is the women when we checked in said breakfast was...

I titled my review "A good place for motorists" to make train travelers aware that this hotel is not for them.
We stayed at the Ibis because this was our first time to drive in France and we wanted a hotel that had its own parking lot. We were here for 5 nights, using Caen as a central location to...

Typical IBIS property. Spotless room and bath but bad lighting in bath and bedside lights only OK after removing the lampshades. Room not huge but reasonably sized for a couple. Decent value for the price. Associated "Grille" restaurant OK for sustenance but not especially noteworthy.
This was our second trip to Caen, having previous stayed last year in a city centre hotel. Decided to stay on the ring road this time to avoid traffic and parking difficulties. Car park was fine, secure and plenty of spaces. The actual hotel was, well, an Ibis - so rooms were very basic but comfortable. No tea/coffee facilities, not...

Stayed in a family room on our way across the French motorway system. A good one night stopover hotel. Room was clean if basic. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. Friendly staff. Good value for money. Will definitely stopover hear again when next passing this way. (Much better than the Etap hotel next door).
We stayed at this Ibis hotel while touring Europe by auto. We had toured the beaches at Normandy, and stopped here after seeing the sights of Caen. The hotel was convenient for us as it was near the highways we would travel eastward toward Paris.
The hotel was clean and the staff helpful. We had a problem with the sink...
