The room was clean but sadly the toilet seat had seen better days and a stronger bleach should be used in the toilet! However, the bed was very comfortable. I used the hotel as a ferry stopover, the triple room was cramped but functional. The main drawback was the musty smell to the room. The hotel is convenient for the peace memorial, however I will find alternatives in the future. The TV channel selection was good and included BBC 1.

So many bad reviews deserve some balancing out. This hotel is perfectly adequate for the budget traveller who needs a cheap night just off the motorway with plenty of parking and a good continental breakfast. Rooms are small but OK.
