We stayed here for one night. Four of us were touring Normandy and on night one, we stayed in Caen. My initial impression of this hotel was very good. Due to a change in the group (one had cancelled) we wanted to change our room the night before. I attempted to make the change via booking.com and within minutes, received... More

We liked the Staff at the desk, they were very generous and pleasant. Our room(15)had a very good shower, but the toilet was split from the sink. The beds were comfortable enough to sleep in. The hotel may look grubby but it is tidy on the inside. It has FREE PARKING AND WIFI!!.Unfortunately it is not near the centre so drive into town.

If you are planning on visiting Normandy, this hotel is clean, friendly and a comfortable stay. Breakfast was awesome, lots of variety. Parking is free as well, which is helpful if you are renting a car to see a part of history

A nice clean hotel that is a bit out of the way from the major attractions. Nonetheless a group of 4 of us (2 elderly included) stayed here for one night and can recommend the hotel. Helpful staff!......................

We were here for a couple of nights as a base for exploring the D Day beaches etc. Staff were friendly and helpful and there was a reasonable restaurant on site. Customers were mainly solitary businessmen. The room was a rather garish orange decor, with an en suite shower/toilet/sink which appeared to have been fitted into a cupboard. However perfectly... My mother, father and myself stayed at the hotel for 4nights while exploring town and it's surrounding historical sights. The staff were pleasant and the rooms were clean. A tea tray was also provided. The bathrooms were very spacious and again very clean. One of the best things about the hotel was it's location, the town of Beayeux was a... More

Caen doesn't offer much as a city for young sight seers, but we were staying there as a jumping point to Normandy and Mont St. Michel. This hotel was lovely, very clean, nice but dated rooms, elevator and parking out back. The staff was lovely and very helpful with directions to the beaches of Normandy. They offered a breakfast in... More

We've just returned to the UK from Caen. We were very well looked after by the small team of staff and quite frankly, have no complaints. The facility is about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Caen, where there are plenty of resturants/bars etc. We stayed in the hotel for 2 evenings - the food was very good, as... More

This was an OK hotel for our one night stay in Caen. You'll need a car or public transportation to reach the Old City, the Ducal Palace, or the Memorial Museum. It's a basic 2-star hotel, but the room was pretty small, even for a family room. It was a bit weird as the toilet was in one corner of... More

This hotel was located in a residential area, which meant that it was very quiet. It was fairly convenient for public transportation and there were several restaurants and so on in the area, although they were all closed for the summer holiday when we arrived. Our room was very much like someone's spare bedroom, with a fairly large bathroom and... More
