Novotel is always nice because you know where you are are with them. Breakfast was very good, lounge and bar area nice and the room was comfortable. Only drawbacks, this one could do with a refresh because it is nowhere near London standards and if like is you like to go out locally, this one felt a little isolated.

We stayed here as a stop over to South Brittany and found it very comfortable. We were able to check in prior to arrival via their website (available to Accor loyalty members), the staff were friendly and the food in the restaurant was good for both dinner and breakfast.

I didn't really have high hopes for this place, and when we arrived it looked a bit shabby and tired from the outside. However, it was nicer on the inside and we had a nice welcome from the receptionist plus gifts for the kids. The room itself was much nicer than I imagined. We had a very comfy bed with... More

This hotel was O.K. In general, it could use some updating. From the outside it looks a bit run down. The room was good, but not very modern. Best point here: the breakfast buffet is excellent. A great start for another day of travelling.

Hotel looks unimpressive from the outside, although more pleasant on the inside. Lobby and restaurant seem newly refurbished, quick and efficient check-in. They have a small children's area with a Wii, books, colouring sheets and pencils which is a bonus. We were surprised that it has an outdoor pool (small and unheated) which pleased the kids. The room was basic... More

The room was disappointingly small but we spent little time in it. The pool was cold but we spent little time in it too. The place clearly needs an update but they said one was coming in the winter. Carpets are soiled and the decor past the front entrance is dated. It is also a pain to get to if... More

We stayed in the Novotel for one night before catching the ferry the next morning. We had traveled from Paris so a long journey we needed some rest. We stayed with our two children and the hotel is clean, well appointed and I felt delivered a very luxury feel on a budget. The room was clean and large size, we... More

We stayed in this hotel for one night on our way back from our stay in St Malo. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of the city and there isn't really anything to see or do within walking distance. There is a tram stop to the city centre approximately five minutes away. We got a daily family travel pass... More

We stayed here in late July on a family stop over for one night. The room and main areas were clean and well maintained. Service on reception was very good. Breakfast had a good mix, there was a good supply and this was included in our family room rate. We stayed with our children in the same room and the... More
