As is mentioned in the previous reviews, we highly enjoyed our stay. It can be a little tough to find if you are bad with maps or don't have one (I recommend printing one from online if possible). But that becomes a plus as it is on a quiet street. The town itself is also a beautiful place. Moderately priced... more

Highly recommended B & B. We stayed here for one night passing through on our way to Brittany. Rooms were clean, a good size, nicely decorated with a real old-world charm. It is based in the old part of Bayeux and has been refurbished from a a 16 C building. The rooms are highly modern but still retain a real... more

Ideal for couples, experience another world of what it was like to live in a stone and wooden building and enjoy the most amazing personal touches both Pascal and Antoine bring to their home. The old world preserves and jams and the breakfast are all a surprise. Parking can be difficult and travel light if possible. more

My wife and I had the great pleasure of spending two nights at wonderful home of Pascal and Antoine. After having arrived in Paris from the USA, Air France lost our luggage and we were immediately renting a car to drive to Bayeux. After arriving at Le Petit Matin (2.5 hours away from Paris), Pascal called Air France for two... more

Had the pleasure of experiencing Pascal's gracious hospitality in April. His home is absolutely charming and in a quiet, convenient location in Bayeux. Le Petit Matin has been lovingly restored by Pascal so he takes a lot of pride in providing comfortable, clean and stylish accommodations. I would also recommend that you enjoy one of Pascal's home cooked dinners, he's... more

This is a charming B&B in an ideal location. It is everything that you'd hope for in a typical small country village. The furnishings are lovely & the breakfast was delicious. The cathedral is a short walk away. Our host was most helpful in ideas & directions to places we wanted to visit. I'd highly recommend this wonderful place but... more

The place was beautiful and well located. It is a great location for seeing beaches and tapestery. Restaurants are within walking distance. The problem we had was we met friends there with children and we had our two children along also. The children were very excited to see each other and were hugging and jumping and just being kids. The... more

We truly enjoyed our stay at Le Petit Matin. The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. The owner, Pascal, is extremely helpful in giving directions or suggestions on things to do, and serves a delicious breakfast of yogurt, croissants, homemade jams, and usually some other homemade treat. It is an easy walk into town for restaurants, and parking around the... more

This is a centrally located, beautifully decorated, quiet B&B offering super food and hospitality. As soon as we arrived for a 3 night stay in April, it was easy to see that a lot of effort had gone into making our stay enjoyable (which it certainly was). If there is a better run B&B out there, it's tough to imagine... more
