Probably last decorated in the 70's the rooms look far better in pictures than in actuality. Ver dated decor especially the bathroom tiles etc. ( green with bucolic scenes ? ) The windows rattle in the wind and the mattress we had urgently needs replacing. Indifferent staff on arrival didn't help.

This hotel is within three blocks of the heart of downtown Bayeux so it is very convenient. It is clean but rather spartan with a bed that seemed to sit on the floor, very low. Front desk was good. Especially Marilyn. Room was cold, heat not on. No one offered a heater until asked directly. Towels well past their prime. Bed saggy. Soap situation poor, no shampoo. Shower abominable, tub slippery and hard to get in to. Parking OK. Wake up service unavailable. 12 euro breakfast not worth it. Better experience in third world.

This hotel has a great location and is clean and quiet. Staff are helpful and pleasant Parking on site is available for €9 per night. We were able to find several great restaurants within walking distance. The beds are very uncomfortable and need to be replaced. I would not stay here again.

The rooms are OK but the restaurant is the pits, same old tired menu indifferently cooked and served. the wine list had only overpriced half bottles, and after arguing we got a jug of, I suppose bag in a box wine. staff are surly, no smiles and little interest in their clients. Avoid this place!
