This bed and breakfast is located in Bayeux, a short walking distance from the cathedral and the Bayeux tapestry. Free parking is also very close so we didn't have any problems with our car. The rooms are good sized but some of the decor is out of place. It's a mix of traditional and modern. Our bathroom was large and... More

The guesthouse is a really interesting building, we had the basement room which was very large and included our own lounge and also a small kitchenette. it was spotlessly clean, and very quiet. Madame does not speak English, but we have reasonable "Franglaise" and we do not expect the rest of the world to speak our language, when travelling. Madame... More

We stayed at this B& B for 1 night and found the owner spoke very quick French continually, despite the fact we cannot speak any french. She made no effort to communicate with us. She was not very welcoming. The toilet systern would not fill up in room 5. The decor was a bit tired. On a positive note the... More

What a beautiful French house and gardens ! Easy to find, safe free parking just opposite and a better location you will not find. Our room, spacious and grand, had a balcony and overlooked the Cathedral. Lovely, friendly family run guesthouse, good breakfast. Much better than most hotels we stayed in. We will definitely return.

I have never stayed at a guest house like this. What an experience!, I felt like I was in the home of the Queen! The interior is incredibly well furnished, and the innkeeper was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent, and I have yet to find yogurt here in the States similar to the kind I had here. The location is... More

What a beautiful guesthouse in the lovely Bayeux and such a great location. As we drove into Bayeux we weren't exactly sure where it was but you cannot miss it! It's such an interesting building and unlike anywhere else we've stayed before. Another note is that it's so easy to drive to from the Brittany ferry! literally there is no... More

We had a really pleasant stay in this nice guesthouse. A beautiful old house, elegantly decorated with big rooms. Ideal for us as a couple, maybe it would be a little too elegant and quiet for couples with kids. Our room has a balcony with wiew to a beautiful garden and a small "towerroom" which gave an excellent wiew to... More

We arrived here one hour early, but the young gentleman who was having his 'dejeuner' kindly checked us in. Charming room, but the only B&B in France that didn't have kettle or coffee in the room. The lady who worked the 2 days we were there (blonde middle-aged lady) was a bit on the abrasive side, not very helpful. Besides... More

We had a most enjoyable 2 night stay at the guest house. Rooms were large and ours had a picture perfect view of the Cathedral. The bathroom was very large. Simple and filling breakfast of fruit, croissants, cheeses, yogurt, cereals, tea and coffee. Location was great...walking distance to all there is to do in the town.

This guest house is quaint and charming, steeped in Bayeux history. The lady running the house does'nt speak English but this was not a problem as she is friendly and kind. Room was old french style with a modern bathroom, great shower and all perfectly clean. Breakfast was continental and light, no tea/coffee in the bedroom. public carpark nearby. Great location...
