This hotel was very affordable but not particularly flash (as expected). Rooms are adequately sized but the bathrooms are quite small and poorly ventilated. Decor is in need of an update. The breakfast was satisfactory (the standard bread rolls, croissants, yoghurt etc) and there was free wifi. The hotel is on the edge of town and it was a relatively... More

The Premiere Classe is relatively basic hotel. Our room was compact but comfortable, and the bathroom was very compact too, but served it's purpose. If we were staying more nights in Bayeux we would have chosen a better hotel. The breakfast's on offer were adequate.

The hotel is fairly inexpensive and a long but not unreasonable walk from town. We opted to drive in and park centrally for 3 euros (The paid lots give you the hours between 12-2pm free, so we got 5 hours for the price of 3) since we were driving elsewhere after visiting. Our room on the ground floor was pretty... More

Close to all attractions and easy in/out to visit the Normandy beach areas, except Utah. No restaurant but walk to several in town in 5 minutes, or eat at next door hotel with the bus crowds. easy walk to tapestry and cathedral

We stayed here one night as we were doing a trip of Normandy. Room was all you need, clean and comfortable albeit compact. The shower was great and ends up more like a wet room! 5 minutes into Bayeux with a beautiful cathedral and lovely places for dinner. Breakfast was basic but inexpensive but still tasty, thank you!

Excellent value stay at Premiere Classe Hotel at Bayeux. Rooms are adequate size and clean. Staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast is provided for 4.90 euros and is good value if uninspiring. A short walk to the centre of Bayeux where there are lots of good restaurants.but there is one on site too at the adjacent Campanile Hotel. Staffed check in... More

For me this hotel suited because I was a solo traveller staying just one night. Nevertheless I was surprised that three beds could be fitted into such a small space (two singles on the ground and one above running sideways). The bathroom is a microscopic plastic modular unit like you would find in a small yacht, but everything was spotlessly... More

We decided at the last minute to travel as a family (2 kids) with my husband to France During a spring holiday weekend. We didn't want to spend a lot so with limited hotel choices I stumbled across the Premiere Classe. The rooms are small, think cruise ship but we booked two for the 4 of us For less than... More

"You get what you pay for" is the old saying and this is where it applies. If you just need a place to sleep at night and free parking, this hotel can offer that and at a good price. If you would like a nice place to rest after a tiring day, or would like to have a relaxing shower... More

A clean, no frills, very basic hotel, with small bedrooms and tiny toilet / shower facilities. The bathroom was big enough for one person only - I would not have wanted to share a room with someone I didn't know very well. Fortunately, I was travelling with a friend who also wanted their own room and this hotel was the... More
