Good price, Good location, easy to park easy to get to the town. This is a budget hotel. On my stay though it served its purpose and because of it having a good location I was very satisfied. I stayed one night and ate in town rather than the nearby restaurant. I got up early to have a cheap basic... More

We stayed here for one night in August 2014. OK, it's one star accommodation but it was ideal for the two of us. For a start it's reasonably priced. The room was very well maintained. The toilet and shower was rather like the ones one finds on board a ferry. Nevertheless, again, it was perfectly adequate for what we wanted.... More

Having just returned for 3 weeks in the Vendee, we stopped here before travelling further into France. We are a family of 7 and decided to stop in Bayuex for 2 nights - namely to see the Tapestry, the Cathedral and the D day museum. We stopped at the USA cemetries last year and wanted to see the UK ones.... More

Excellent value room - sleeping 3 in comfort. Good dinner in Campanile next door. We would have liked more explicit instructions as to actual location. Easy reach of the tapestry museum. Friendly receptionist.

We booked this to break our journey to Southern France with a chance to see the D Day beaches and explore Bayeux itself. As other reviewers have said, Bayeux is beautiful. A lovely place to wander round, especially in the evening. The hotel itself, however, was awful, probably the worst place I have ever stayed. I have stayed in budget... More

You get what you pay for. It is a cheap place with cheap amenities. Ideal for students. We checked ourselves in with an ATM type system, around 2pm. we were surprised that there was no staff to be found. Our room accommodated 3 guests, which is nice however in a bunk style directly over the queen bed. The bathroom was... More

I'm giving this place 5 stars, because it is exactly what it purports to be. Those looking for luxury should spend more money. I found that it is worth the value, at a very low cost. Rooms are very small; if you like to hang out in a hotel room this is not the one for you. If you're just... More

This hotel is located in the outskirts of the town in a pleasant area surrounded by farmland. It seems that most guests staying here have their own car although it is possible to walk to the train station / city centre in about 15 minutes. However, if you are travelling with large amounts of baggage, it might be advisable to... More

We booked this hotel for a one night stay on our way to Paris. We knew what to expect. However, upon arriving we received a very unfriendly welcome, actually no welcome at all and complete attitude from one of the staff members at the front desk. It was difficult to understand her and when she informed us of the room... More

All of the other hotels we tried were full, and we were forced to stay here. It is incredibly tiny, but generally clean - the bathroom is a little closet. Very quiet, the whorl building is made of cement which cuts down on the noise. Cheap, so good if you're on a budget. 2 to a room is max unless... More
