Ideal for a small budget, short stay. I stayed for 2 nights, the rooms were clean and sufficient for sleeping over. If you plan to use Bayeux as a base to look around Normandy then, it's worth it. There isn't much you can do if you want to relax at the property. On the down side, the reception is closed... More

Very small rooms, like a youth hostel with vinyl floors and micro bathroom unit. One towel each, no bathmat, only soap was in a dispenser. All rooms have 3 beds, the third is a bunk over the others and my husband kept bumping his head on this. It feels cramped for more than one person. Reception closes for several hours... More

3 of us stayed in 1 room for two nights, double bed with a bunk over it We left two bags in the car and just took the stuff we needed in The rooms are very small but clean, same with the bathroom The location is good if you have transport, handy to town and the exit roads The staff... More

This is a real budget hotel so if you are travelling on a shoestring then it is a bed and a shower but nothing more skip breakfast, the orange juice would take the paint off your car and the way it is set out means you are waiting an age for it I would suggest your 5€ 90 is better... More

I stayed at this hotel for two nights while doing a trip around Normandy. The hotel is in a good location within Bayeux. It is about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station to the hotel, and it is about 8-10 minutes from the hotel to the Centre Ville, as well as to the Museum of the Battle of... More

We booked a room at the last minute for our trip in May and by May Normandy is in its tourist season with everyone touring the beaches. This means prices are more expensive but the price was comparable to a lot of other hotels in the area. Bayeux itself is a beautiful town and the hotel is only about a... More

We stayed here in June and we found that rooms were very small as well as the bathroom. Service was at average and not many staff can speak English. If you decide to stay here make sure you understand french. Good for 1-2 nights only.

This hotel was very affordable but not particularly flash (as expected). Rooms are adequately sized but the bathrooms are quite small and poorly ventilated. Decor is in need of an update. The breakfast was satisfactory (the standard bread rolls, croissants, yoghurt etc) and there was free wifi. The hotel is on the edge of town and it was a relatively... More

The Premiere Classe is relatively basic hotel. Our room was compact but comfortable, and the bathroom was very compact too, but served it's purpose. If we were staying more nights in Bayeux we would have chosen a better hotel. The breakfast's on offer were adequate.

The hotel is fairly inexpensive and a long but not unreasonable walk from town. We opted to drive in and park centrally for 3 euros (The paid lots give you the hours between 12-2pm free, so we got 5 hours for the price of 3) since we were driving elsewhere after visiting. Our room on the ground floor was pretty... More
