Well, because of our purpose of coming here, we didn't have choice of where to stay. Needless to say, if we did, we wouldn't be choosing this place for sure. For starters, the location. It is somewhat of a remote/developing area of the city and the nearest metro station is some 10min walk away. Outside our window, there is a... more

I booked this hotel online as I believed their claim to be a few minutes from the 2 trainstations and as I would arrive at one and depart from the other this seemed very convenient. I walked and walked and walked to the hotel from Flandres station and eventually found it behind some apartments (a louer) and construction. My relief... more

I had agreed with the hotel manager of a procedure for getting my key when arriving after the reception closes (7 pm). There was a key waiting for me, but of a kind physically impossible to fit into the relevant lock. I had to spend almost 2 hours waiting, calling (with roaming) a number from which help was supposed to... more

It took us 1 1/2 hours to find this place. It is not in Hoover avenue, but at the bottom end of a new development. the roads have no name of course, however the hotel is 10 mins away on foot to the nearest metro. Not many close shops neither. The aparthotel has modern rooms and come with a kitchenette.... more

I've stayed in hotel rooms that are bigger than the apartment. If you are under 6ft you will be unable to reach the plates in the kitchen cupboard. The hot water was rationed and none was available after 10am. Callers were not given our apartment direct number and were spoken to rudely by members of staff when they were put... more

I got home today from a stay at this place. I would not dignify it with the name 'hotel'. It is truly dreadful. The place is not in the city centre, but 2 stops away on the metro, which is itself a 5-10 minute walk away. The hotel is on a building site, with unsurfaced and unlit roads. On arrival... more

This hotel is not really 'sold as seen.' We booked via Expedia for 3 nights over valentines day. This is a budget hotel, and i guess you get what you pay for. But the main problem i had with this place, was the fact that you were in the middle of a building site - literally! The hotel does have... more

Well I booked this hotel via the Eurostar website thinking that being Eurostar they would have done their homework but they had not. They are blaming it on expedia as my complaint is processed, take it as you will but they are both at fault in my view. Truly awfull. I booked a trip away for my girlfriend and myself... more
