Booked via the Accor website which was good as gave real time availability. The down side was that what was available for the weekend were located on the main road which was hell as the windows which blocked the noise when closed then did not allow any air and the room was very stuffy and hot. Breakfast was good and... More

This was an overnight stop before heading back to the UK. Was a lovely clean hotel. Rooms are small and basic but do the job. Wish there had been a kettle in the room after a long day travelling this would have been a bonus. Staff where very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was lovely and we had a 3 course... More

Budget hotel as expected , bright ,clean. Rue and irritable receptionist. This hotel would have been as expected apart from the treatment we received. We normally stay in Premiere Classe hotels and are used to their good standard of customer care. Ibis Budget should address this issue as receptionists should display a minimum of customer service

The saving grace here was the great staff and restaurant on the ground floor. The two course dinner was great and... More

We had to make a trip to Dunkerque to get an early morning ferry. We decided to book with IBIS STYLES again as so far we have been very impressed with the IBIS STYLES we have stayed in before. We were not disappointed. We arrived LATE and the staff were fantastic, very helpful and ready to put a beer down... More

I've stayed in a few Ibis hotels across Europe and I never like that you have to pay extra for breakfast but this was a particularly poor hotel. We arrived in Dunkerque without a booking and thought hotel Ibis would be a safe bet. Unfortunately, the room was very small and in need of renovation. Breakfast was poor and uninspiring.... More
