Lovely staff, the rooms are ok too- and the wifi works. Breakfast is your standard French (bit dull) - but if you're a single traveller maybe wouldn't recommend this place. There are let's say "ladies of the night" who "advertise" near the hotel doors- and also a few x-rated clubs etc on the same street. But it's fine in the... More

A wonderfully run hotel. All the staff were outstanding. So friendly, helpful and customer focused. For a 2 star hotel it was brilliant. The cleanliness was great, water pressure brilliant and plenty of shower gel. The only down side was it is quite noisy with wooden floors from the rooms above and the walls are thin so take a pair... The rooms should be noise canceling. Nope. I hear the neighbor snoring, the bell of the front door going off when people come and go and the usual shouting in this neighborhood. (Stripclubs, whores around the corner, etc.) Oh and I can hear the phone of the reception going on and on. The room was in a depressing state. Dirt... More

Stayed here for five nights. The room was clean but the walls were very thin so you could hear every little noise outside or in the next room. The staff were extremely helpful and gave clear directions to the airport shuttle. Breakfast was buffet style but adequate. Free wifi was an added bonus.

Trying to find a 2 rooms at the last minute wasn't easy. Every hotel in Toulouse semed to be full. So when the Boreal came through we snapped them up. We should have tried harder. The rooms were cell-small. The airconditioning didn't work. The breakfast was mean and paltry. But most importantly - If you have any issues with your back,... More

First mistake- didn't review on trip advisor. Went through another site that didn't mention things like RED LIGHT DISTRICT, directly across the road from a LAP DANCING CLUB that went till early hours. Couldn't have our windows open for the noise, although when shut it was better, but felt like you were in a prison cell. We arrived about 5pm... More

We stayed here for three days. Location is between two metro stops on the A line. near by the main railway station. Friendly staff, and very good breakfast. Didn't see many prostitutes, probaby because the world cup was in progress. The night club across the road was a bit noisy on the saturday night.

We went to Toulouse recently for a long weekend. We arrived late on Thursday night and the taxi driver knew the hotel. We went out exploring on the first night, and although it seemed we were staying in the red light district, we did not feel intimidated. We found the centre of town easily, only 5 minutes away, and did... More
