I spent 5 nights at the Abion Hotel in Septembre and I have to say the first impressions are good. it's a small hotel with a nice facade and a friendly receptionnist. Cheap hotel, cheap facilities, but a reasonably well located hotel. Went with friends to watch the Rugby, and enjoyed Toulouse and its people. BUT - Whatever you do, don't have the breakfast, 7 Euros for stale bread and croissant, out-of-date yogurt and lousy coffee.
