Plus: Good location, close to downtown and within walking distance to the train station. Staff friendly. A Japanese sushi restaurant just in front of the hotel, quite good and very practical for an Asian like me. Minus: You understand immediately why they provide a pair of ear plugs after your first night because the sound proof is really horrible, both... More

I arrived with lots of luggage (late due to broken down vehicle), shown to room on top floor. The room hadn't been cleaned from the previous occupants, bed unmade and cans of drinks and food wrappers across the floor; so I had to go to reception and get another room. This was a better room, but during my stay the... More

The room looked like the renovation phase didn't succeed. The problem is not related to the space but to the absence of direct light, the noise from outside and the soiled bedspread. Moreover, the internet connection was so low that it never worked in the room and I had to go downstair at the reception each time I wanted to... More

So you get my draft the place is neither bad nor good. The rooms are very dated and nothing to write home about but you pay for what you get and I wanted to save money for getting about. Look at the traveler photos and not the professional ones definitely applies to this place. The staff were nice and helpful... More

I stayed in the hotel Albion between June 11th to 13th and I would like to share the experience of terrible customer service, ignorance and bad attitude from reception staff unwilling to help to solve the problem whose very poor telephone manners are shocking, even shouting at me during the conversation. Overall, the problem has an easy solution but because... More

I'm an italian guy and i went to tolouse with my girlfriend to visit the city. I spent 4 nights @ Albion Hotel, and finally i was very good. The staff was awsome, the girl at the reception (Benedicte) very polite! It's a 2 stars hotel,so we weren't waiting for a deluxe room, but finally we stayed very comfortable. Another good... More

The positives: Hotel Albion is well-located between Toulouse's train station and its main tourist areas, so it's a good base from which to explore. Transportation is fairly easy, with bus stops a few steps away and a metro station about 5 minutes by foot. Actually, you can even walk from the hotel to all the tourist spots easily. For one... No water. Very simply. No water. No shower. No tap water. No flush. When I complained I was told the water had been cut off in the street. So, I asked next door. No - the water had not been cut off in the street. They then admitted they had cut off the water for repairs. At 10AM! No apologies.... More

I spent 5 nights at the Abion Hotel in Septembre and I have to say the first impressions are good. it's a small hotel with a nice facade and a friendly receptionnist. Unfortunaletly the rooms fall short of the expectations for a 2-star hotel at 60 Euros per night. The mattress was dirty and stained, the carpet was never hoovered... More

My friends and I stayed at Albion Hotel for one night this March. We hadn't booked in advance and found it by chance. Everything else was booked as it was Tuesday (as it turns out Tuesdays and Wednesdays are very busy days in Toulouse!) so we went for it. There were 5 of us so we asked for a triple... More
