The personnel are the greatest asset of this quirky boutique hotel - we were driving along the service road looking for the hotel, when the manager came out and directed us to the car park entrance, helping us with our luggage. Our checkin was friendly and efficient, the reception staff speak a number of languages with good English skills. We... More

Nice hotel, description and reviews are quite accurate, room we got was a suite. it was nice interior and decor. breakfast was quite standard nothing amazing. good clean standard hotel. Staff not the friendliest but I wouldn't go as far as rude. Seems to be a Toulouse thing! Great value hotel considering the prices I paid for same standard in... More

Is really close to everything, the river walk, the capitol, the univerwity and most of the touristic places, the personal efforts to speaks us in spanish, giving us the best casolette and restaurants recomendations. We loved that always have a small nut delicious detail at the lobby, like apples or chocolates. The modernist decoration is amazing!. The only thing that... More

This was a two night business stay. The hotel is not in the center, but the walk is short and, if you head down by the river, scenic. Also, it's on the side of town closer to the airport. Expectations were met. The staff was accommodating and polite, if not effusively friendly. The room was fine, albeit just a tad... More

The staff at the hotel were very unhelpful and rude. The maid that was cleaning my room accidentally took my pyjamas when she was changing the bedsheets. I understand that these things happen but when I went down to the lobby to tell them about it they did not seem to care at all. I went down every day to... More

I just love this place. The strength lies in the rooms themselves. They are beautifully decorated in a contemporary fashion. The bathrooms are particularly cool with a dapper dark mini tile. Everything you need is on the room, which is not always the case. The towels are thick and ample with wash clothes included, frig in room. Great cooling and... More

I stayed here for 3 nights in the summer. The hotel is about a 15min walk to the centre of Toulouse. The rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable but guests should be aware of the en suite bathrooms having glass doors and walls! The breakfast had everything needed and importantly the reception staff were very friendly and spoke... More

Very handy for city centre, river and lovely nearby park-also some good and indeed great restaurants within a few minutes walk. When one arrives in Toulouse after a long trip, picks up a car at the airport, and drives into the center of Toulouse, one does not want to deal with traffic concerns or pedestrian zones. So for us the main reason to stay at the "de Brienne" was exactly this: get to the hotel quickly, park the car, and get... More
