Reservations for a Double Room was not too difficult and Naima was very courteous on the phone. Upon arrival, we were welcomed graciously whilst the receptionist was also training a new employee. “Basically fine for one night before flying”

The room was small, as is normal for Ballidins, but everything was clean. The beds and bathroom were fine. Breakfast was typical for France, but the breakfast room was especially sunny and airy. I had trouble finding the place and then trouble finding the airport the next morning, but it was my first time in Toulouse.

Booked this hotel in a hurry without doing my research (on hotels.com) - big mistake! Although the staff were friendly and poilte- they patiently gave directions when our satnav failed us- the room was horrible.
