I visit Toulouse quite regularly and always stay at the Crowne Plaza. Perfect location for exploring and enjoying the city of Toulouse. Rooms are fairly standard; nothing exceptional but larger than average. Nice piano bar at the back of the hotel for relaxing with a couple of drinks. P.S. Not sure about hotel parking. The Toulouse Crowne Plaza is a great hotel in a fantastic location right on the Capitole square in historic, downtown Toulouse. The check-in desk was very helpful upon arrival. Stayed two nights in early August for an anniversary break, Temperature in Toulouse was high 30s but Crowne Plaza was an air-conditioned haven. Booked easily via hotel website and were delighted to be offered an upgrade on arrival, with complimentary aperitifs and private room for breakfast. This hotel is located at the very heart of the city, which makes it very convenient. The service was very good and the only problem our room had was that it was a bit dark, but otherwise we had a very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend this hotel. more

Stayed here for one week on business. My room was at the "end of the hall" looking over the small restaurant courtyard below. I left the window open at night as it was cool outside, but sometimes noise would require me to close the window (which solved the problem). One hour wait for check in as "the hotel had been busy the day before" filled us with misgivings & things went downhill from there. Poor, ineffective air conditioning meant the rooms are like ovens. We stayed there 2 nights as part of Odysseys-Unlimted tour. It was 4star. It had great everything. It was in a great location, had large rooms ( we had 2 queen size beds) with lots of floor space, a very nice bathroom (with great towels, soap, and tissues), good lighting, a fantastic breakfast, elevators, etc. Air conditioning is being installed.... more
