I have been living in this apart-hotel for last 4 months. I can truly say that I feel right at home. We are on the 9th floor. The room has ample storage space and having the bedroom upstairs gives us privacy as well as lots of living space. The cleaning staff is hit and miss. Lots of times I have... More

The apart-hotel is a good choice for long(ish) stay but not this one. The location is great for sure, right in the city centre. The staff at reception desk is friendly, but definitely not the rest of staff hanging around the garden, having coffee breaks and cigarette, making you feel unwelcome to seat there. As for the room, well some... More

I'm not even going to write a review. I have to chase spiders from my room, but I don't dare to walk on the floor as too dirty... I should be sleeping but the bedsheets look like they have been used before. The sound from the street seems to be inside my room...

Only stayed the one night, on the way home, and very glad it wasn't longer. Furnishings are old and tatty. Rooms apparently are cleaned once a week. Reception guys were friendly, quite helpful and stopped the place being awarded one star. Honestly I've stayed in better YMCAs. Pay a bit more and get somewhere much nicer.

I have given this 4 stars, as it is certainly better than Tripadvisor's "average" rating. The location is superb, close to restaurants on nearby Place Wilson and all around the hotel. There is a supermarket right next door. There is parking for small cars under the apartments. The price was very good for Toulouse, When we booked we asked for... More

You get your room cleaned and towels changed only if you stay more than 6 nights, otherwise you have to pay extra. The curtains were in a bad shape and was not possible to close them fully, so the light from outside did not make me sleep well. The price (80-10 €/night) was really too high for this kind of... We stayed at this hotel in room D22 and we found the leaving room was a good size. The sofa-bed was for 2 persons. Each had a single bed when you open this sofa. Our bedroom had a good size bed, not a double like most hotels in France. The bathroom was very clean and it is seperate from the... More

Do not trust what other comments say. We are a small family and we enjoyed the place. And I can tell we traveled a lot and are very demanding but we did not have any problem with the clean, simple, very organized, nice breakfast place and very quiet. It is true that maybe the place is a bit animated but... More

It is usual that pictures give you the brght side of a hotel. This is the case here: the pictures have nothing to do with reality. A poor hotel closeer to an YMCA venue in an unknown state of the US. Rooms are big but used, shabby, not very clean and crying for just a bit of painting. Restaurant and... More

This hotel has a great location, just 5 minutes north east of the Capitole and really central. Also, its access to transport is excellent - it’s right next to an Airport (Navette) bus stop and the Jean Jaurès Metro stop, and 5 minutes’ walk from Gare Toulouse-Matabiau. We had a studio room which was well kitted out for two people... More
