It is a chain hotel but overall it is very good. Rooms are clean and everything you would expect from an upmarket hotel. Breakfast is really nice, buffet with quite a wide selection. Staff very friendly. There are obviously cheaper hotels in Toulouse but it is good in terms of location if you are working with the Business School.

My wife and two sons stayed here this last weekend. The flew in to Toulouse, arriving at 11pm taking a taxi to the hotel arriving after midnight. The staff was incredibly nice. From check in to out, breakfast, everything. I really liked this stay, Rarely had staff showing how much they cared and really trying to accomodate us.

Lovely hotel. Checked in at 12, no problems. Restaurant nice and not a bad price. Although not in the centre its only a short walk away. Lovely park at the back of the hotel. Friendly staff and nice rooms. Only thing I didnt like was seperate toilet/shower.

This hotel is not very central, but Toulouse is pretty small so you can walk pretty much everywhere. It is close to the congress centre. The hotel staff was helpful, room was quiet, I had the pull out bed and it was ok. Clean and comfortable. On the main street one can get good coffee/ pastry and shawarma.

We stayed one night at the Novotel. The rooms are a bit dated and quite expensive given the overall condition of the hotel. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the centre.
