Contrary to previous reviews the staff are friendly and smiley. The room was very clean, with a great shower. The breakfast was simple but perfectly adequate and better than I've had in other medium priced hotels. I recommend booking a front facing room. So you wake up with a view of an Ariane rocket only a 100 metres away! If... More

If you're looking for gorgeous views, welcoming staff and a comfortable bedroom, you're in the wrong country. With a stunning view of the parking lot, the Ibis Budget in Toulouse is as welcoming as a mausoleum. After booking and paying online, the sweaty troll behind the empty-upon-arrival reception desk told me I owed €1.60 in tax. Being an agreeable sort,... More

i picked this hotel as it is near to the motorway and convenient as we had a very long drive from cherbourg and the next day to barcelona. also i have a dog and the hotel caters for this. we arrived late about 19:00, tired and hungry and with my father who is a pensioner and we needed rest. on... I thought I was booking the Cité 1 but instead I ended up at this one. I didn't distinguish between the two when booking on the Accor site. The rate was dirt cheap--that probably should have been a clue. The hotel was adequate for an overnight and quick access to the Space activities. We had a chambre de famille. The... More

The hotel is located outside the town, in a business area . A car is almost essential. I spent one night in this Ibis Budget (ex ETAP HOTEL) and one night in the other one located less than 100 meters away (Toulouse Cité de l'Espace 1 - ex ETAP HOTEL). This hotel is in best conditions and is better maintained.... More

Stayed for a 1 one night stop on my way to Spain. Room was ok, beds slept well. Price could be less for the simple set-up the hotel is. Also some more information about some restaurants or so in the aria woold be nice.

The room was not clean (stains, spread chewinggum on the carpet), the bathroom did not offer a hygienic appearance (old unremovable stains, damaged furniture, the shower holder was broken) and the following morning all my belongings stank of tobacco. The ladies at the breakfast corner were very kind though. I was very disappointed and will certainly not repeat the experience... More

Etap are usually so reliable, this is the first bad one we've stayed in over 6-7 years. The staff were trying so hard but the place was run down. Indeed half of the hotel was being re-built. From 6:00AM builder's lorries were struggling around guest's cars (not good for sleep listening for your car getting scratched). The shower head was... More
